Local Deliveries

We will deliver your flowers on the requested date. Local deliveries are taken by ourselves and all attempts are made to make sure they are delivered to the address given. Alternatively we will either leave with a neighbour or in a safe place. A card will be dropped through the door with the location of the flowers and the time of delivery. If none of the above are available we will bring the flowers back to the shop leaving a note for the person to phone us.

Nationwide Deliveries

Nationwide deliveries are collected by our courier company and delivered by next day delivery. In the unlikely event of your flowers being damaged or lost - please inform us within 24hrs of the delivery date and we will credit the money back into your account. We cannot take responsibility outsideof this period of time.
